All our staff have achieved or are close to achieving their NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Education, with most of our seniors already qualified to higher. Each member of staff is DBS checked, and selected to ensure enthusiasm and commitment to each child's development. We follow government ratio rules. For children under two, we have one member of staff for every three children, for two to three-year-olds, there is one member of staff for every four children, and children from three upwards are looked after in a one to eight ratio.
